Patch Notes September Update - Patch 3

@Frontier Developments -- Kudos! :)Patch 3 Fixed my Network Issue and I can play again. No more hated  "Network cannot be initialized. Please check your connection" message. I spent the morning flying a few missions and earned 300 ARX. Learned these are credited when I exit the game. I did not find any bugs during this gameplay but I am certain there are some small ones remaining. Please, I respectfully ask that ALL bugs be fixed in the September 2019 update FIRST, before FD even ENTERTAINS :sneaky: the thought of releasing the December 2019 update. Have a few brave volunteers beta test the December 2019 update for a couple of months on diverse platforms before this is deemed ready for released. If this becomes the February 2020 update, Mr Braben :devilish: be darned, so be it.

Every new patch makes the game more and more challenging! After the last, today's I just have no chance to connect to server :LOL::LOL:

FDev makes it's best for us to leave the game forever - and free it's endless space for a new customers...

is it just me or do the patch notes link in the launcher itself lead to last months patchnotes?
just an idea lets have September patches in September and October patches in yep you guessed it

i wonder if i will ever be able to use the multicrew Flechette turret.
hello FDEV - that thing is broken since it was released.
reported and several times aknowledged by support.

is there no spare second to just copy&paste the flak turret and apply the flechette modifications?

Well, this is fun...

In 3.5.2 the engineer progress news broke. It did this in the 3.3 and 3.4 releases as well, so we're used to it happening.

We filed a bug report https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/7535 and got organised about having people check and confirm it to get it to Confirmed status.

For 3.5.3 our bug report was marked as Fixed! Yay!

...and then we checked in-game, and it was not fixed, and nothing had changed. Except that now the bug report is closed and we can't re-open it or comment on it or say "hang on a moment".

So now we have filed a new bug report https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/8434 to try to get the issue acknowledged again, and hopefully the fix checked in slightly more detail before declaring it sorted.

Frontier, if you're still reading by page 11, I would appreciate not having to go through the rigmarole of getting this bug confirmed by ten corroborators a second time.

Maybe they might replace Etienne Dorn while they are at it. :)
