After my last modern restaurants and shops I decided to do another modern restaurant. This time I made a TikiChiki restaurant, although it would by easy to swap the shops and signs to something else. The building itself is made out of mostly individual planks, beams, glass and one TMTK item (extra small rectangle by Kirbus). Even so, the total piece count is 1250 items so it can be placed in any park. To lay down the paths, start at one of the shops inside with a 4m path and than use the grid option to fill in the rest. The buildings proportions are made for 4m gridded paths.
